It starts with a conversation
Health coaching is a one-to-one service that puts you at the centre. Your health coach is there to listen, understand what's going on in your life, and help you work out what realistic change looks like for you.
Sometimes the things getting in the way of good health aren't straightforward. Stress, low mood, money worries, lack of motivation all affect the choices we make every day.
Your health coach is trained to work with the full picture. It's a proper conversation about your life as a whole. From there, you'll work together on how to make positive changes.
If life feels overwhelming, we can help you find ways to manage it.
Low-level alcohol support is included in every coaching journey. There's no judgement involved, just practical, straightforward help.
Financial stress affects health in ways that don't always get talked about. We can help you think through the wider picture.
Poor sleep affects everything. Your coach can help you understand why and what to try.
Knowing you want to change and actually doing it are two very different things. Your coach can help you figure out what's been getting in the way and build from there.
Eating, movement, sleep, routines. If it affects your health, it's worth talking about.

Practical cooking for real life
These are practical, hands-on courses designed around real budgets and real kitchens.
We cover things like cooking on a budget, getting the most out of a slow cooker, and making healthy meals with an air fryer. Sessions are relaxed and informal, and we work with local food enterprises and community food projects to make sure what we're teaching is genuinely useful.

Get moving
Getting active is one of the most effective things you can do for your physical and mental health, and it doesn't have to mean joining a gym. As part of the health coaching programme, we offer a growing range of ways to get moving with support from your local community. We’ll help you set goals, keep motivated, and feel happier and healthier.
Getting walking, together
Our guided walking sessions are a good way to start moving again. They're social, relaxed, and take place in green spaces across East Kent. You don't need any particular fitness level, just comfortable shoes and a willingness to get outside.

Drink less
We know it can be had to reduce your alcohol consumption. We’re not here to judge, we’re here to give you practical tips, advice and support to help you on the way to improving your short and long term health, sleep better and have more energy.
